• Our legal team and the notary support you with offers, negotiations and preparation of the agreement.

You decide whether to sell, the asking price, the advertising you choose and whether to accept an offer. A valuation does not guarantee a selling price or a sale within a particular time.

A fixed fee by property type

The fee, included services and options are set out in writing before the assignment. VAT, certificates, external experts and optional advertising are shown separately. For an exceptional or combined property, we first discuss the appropriate assignment.
