Check amount, interest rate, term, monthly payment, early repayment and which debts the guarantee covers. Ask if you are also liable for someone else’s debts.
Is a passage still unclear? Feel free to ask for an explanation with an example from your own situation. Only sign when you understand what you are agreeing to.
Check repayments and agreed insurances. In case of refinancing or sale, have existing guarantees and any cancellation reviewed again.
Compare offers for the same amount and term, including insurances and additional conditions.
