How do we make family arrangements regarding previous gifts?

Discuss the draft and its consequences with the notaire; each party may seek their own advice.
Respect the statutory information and reflection periods before signing.
How does this proceed and how long does it take?
There must be at least fifteen days between the notification of the draft and the information meeting. After that, at least one month must elapse before signing.

Keep the agreement and report later gifts in new planning. A subsequent change may require a new assessment.
